“ 味噌ラーメンを頂きました。 ちょっと甘めな味噌味で生姜が入っていて、温まります。 チャーシューがほろほろジュージューで美味しかった！ ラーメンの具も丁寧に作られてていて好きです。 カフェにもなっているのですが、おしゃれすぎず学食っぽい温かみのある雰囲気が1人でも入りやすいです。 ”
“ 味噌ラーメンを注文するとおろし生姜の有無を聞かれ提供時は別皿で。 甘味を感じる味噌ラーメンのスープが少し粘度が感じられ、何処かで食べたことがある味わい。 分厚く切られたホロホロのチャーシューは小生好み。 半チャーハンはそのチャーシューが入っており作り置きせず受注後に調理開始。 ”
“ ’25/3/15訪問。住宅街にぽつねんとある外からはとてもラーメン屋には見えないラーメン屋さん。花川のまるたけさんとは関係ない。たぶん。 エンジョイラーメンアンドカフェ、となっているように一歩入るとアメリカ〜ンなお洒落カフェ風の作りでますますラーメン屋には見えない。メニューは油そばの裏面がカフェメニューという中々にストレンジな空間である。 メニューてっぺんの極太麺油そばを大盛りで注文。ライスつけても￥1000で収まる、昨今では良心的な価格設定。ふつうの？油そばに比べると汁多め。最初から追い飯ぶっこむ想定ですかね。 ドロッと濃ゆい味ですがクドさは感じず、ラー油(全然辛くない)や酢で味変するとさらにアッサリ味に。これまた意表を突かれる味でした。 ”
“ Googleの評価に惹かれてはじめてお邪魔しました。 まず、口コミで評判だったハーフチャーハンが頭から離れません。 チャーハンを食べるんだったら塩ラーメン一択。 縮れ麺とストレート麺が選べるようです。 コクがあるラーメンスープとチャーハンが合います。 チャーシューも柔らかくて美味しい! 他の味も楽しみです。 ごちそうさまでした! ”

“ 2018年にオープンした元々はダイニングバーをやられていた御夫婦でやっているラーメン＆カフェ。 オシャレな店内。 駐車場はあります。 極太麺の油そばをいただきました。 胡椒の香りが食欲をそそる。 備え付けのラー油は辛くなく、入れたら香ばしくなる。 通常の油そばに比べたら多めのたれは魚介と豚骨でしょうか、濃厚でモチモチな太麺に良く絡み相性抜群。 こんな油そばもあるのだなと感激しました。 ご馳走様でした。 ”
“ 日曜日の19時頃行きました。 お店ら住宅街にあり夜だった事あり、少し分かりづらかったです。 駐車場はお店の前に数台停められます。 店内はテーブルのみでおしゃれでいい感じ！ カフェとしてもいい感じ 今回は名物極太麺の油そばにキャベツをトッピングしました。 ラーメンより油そばは極太麺なので時間がかかりました。 麺はやはり極太でツルモチ。そこにほうれん草、チャーシュー、ゆで卵、そしてトッピングをしたキャベツ。 少し濃い目なのですがラー油と酢をかけるといい感じ。トッピングのキャベツにも良く合う。 食べ始めて中盤にホタテの貝柱入り特製ラー油をかけました。特製ラー油いいですね！ 味が変わりまた食が進みます！ 最後まで飽きずに完食しました。 次回は醤油ラーメンにしようと思います！ ”
“ 何年かぶりの マルタケさんです 以前しょうゆラーメンを食べて かなりしょっぱかったイメージ またリベンジです 油断して飲んだスープ 油がキラキラ浮いて アツアツです しょうゆのほのかな甘みとコク 飲む程に旨い 以前しょっぱかったけど 今回はしょっぱいとかなくてホッとした チャーシューはトロトロ 麺はストレート麺です 息子の食べてたみそラーメンもなかなか旨くて しおも食べてみたいなと思いました ”
